Samvad Lekhan – संवाद लेखन (Dialogue Writing) for Class 5 (Language II) and Class 8 (Language III) students in Hindi and English.

1. राजेश एक पेड़ कटवा रहा है। उसका मित्र सोहन उसे पेड़ कटवाने से मना करता है। दोनों मित्रों के बीच हुए संवाद को लिखिए।
Rajesh is getting a tree cut. His friend Sohan stops him. Write the conversation between Rajesh and Sohan.

राजेश: अरे सोहन! कब आए?
Rajesh: Hey Sohan! When did you come?

सोहन: बहुत देर से तुम्हें देख रहा हूँ।
Sohan: I’ve been watching you for a long time.

राजेश: क्यों भाई, क्या हुआ?
Rajesh: What’s up, brother? What happened?

सोहन: तुम इस पेड़ को क्यों कटवा रहे हो? तुम जानते हो पेड़ हमारे लिए जीवनदायक होते हैं।
Sohan: Why are you getting this tree cut? You know trees are life-giving for us.

राजेश: वो तो है, पर देखो इसकी शाखाएँ कितनी फैल गई हैं, मेरे कमरे में तो रोशनी ही नहीं आती।
Rajesh: That’s true, but look how much its branches have spread; light doesn’t even enter my room.

सोहन: तो केवल शाखाओं की छँटाई कराओ। कमरे में रोशनी भी आ जाएगी और पेड़ भी बच जाएगा।
Sohan: Then just get the branches trimmed. Your room will get light and the tree will be saved.

राजेश: हाँ, ये तुमने ठीक कहा। मैं केवल इसकी शाखाओं को कटवाऊँगा।
Rajesh: Yes, you’re right. I’ll only get the branches trimmed.

सोहन: तुम तो मेरी बात बहुत जल्दी समझ गए।
Sohan: You understood me very quickly.

राजेश: तुम्हारा दोस्त हूँ, न, तुम्हारी बात क्यों नहीं समझूँगा।
Rajesh: I’m your friend, right? Why wouldn’t I understand you.

2. अध्यापक कक्षा में विद्यार्थियों का गृहकार्य जाँचते हैं। रमेश ने अपना गृहकार्य नहीं किया था। अध्यापक एवं रमेश के बीच हुए संवाद को लिखिए।
Teacher checks homework in the classroom. Ramesh had not done his homework. Write the conversation between the teacher and Ramesh.

अध्यापक: रमेश तुम्हारा गृहकार्य कहाँ है?
Teacher: Ramesh, where is your homework?

रमेश: सर, मैं अपना गृहकार्य नहीं कर पाया हूँ।
Ramesh: Sir, I couldn’t do my homework.

अध्यापक: क्यों नहीं किया?
Teacher: Why didn’t you do it?

रमेश: कल मेरे घर पर एक कार्यक्रम था, जिसके कारण मैं अपना गृहकार्य नहीं कर पाया।
Ramesh: There was a function at my home yesterday, so I couldn’t do it.

अध्यापक: इसका मतलब तुम्हारे लिए दूसरे काम पढ़ाई से ज़्यादा ज़रूरी है।
Teacher: That means other things are more important to you than studies.

रमेश: आज गृहकार्य पूरा न करने के लिए मैं आप से क्षमा माँगता हूँ, परन्तु आज के बाद आपको शिकायत का कोई मौका नहीं मिलेगा।
Ramesh: I’m sorry for not completing it today, but from now on you won’t have any complaint.

अध्यापक: ठीक है। कल अपना गृहकार्य पूरा करके लाना।
Teacher: Alright. Bring your homework completed tomorrow.

रमेश: धन्यवाद सर।
Ramesh: Thank you, sir.
