Class 3 – Chapter 15 – बुआ का पत्र (Bua Ka Patra)

I. पाठ के आधार पर रिक्त स्थानों की पूर्ति कीजिए – (Based on the lesson, fill in the blanks)

  1. गणेश चतुर्थी पर बच्चे गणेश की प्रतिमाएँ बनाते हैं।
    (On Ganesh Chaturthi, children make idols of Ganesha.)
  2. दीपावली के पर्व पर छोटे-छोटे दीए बनते हैं।
    (On the festival of Diwali, small lamps are made.)
  3. बच्चे ये सब काम आनंद लेकर करते हैं।
    (Children do all these activities with great joy.)

II. निम्नलिखित प्रश्नों के उत्तर एक वाक्य में लिखिए – (Answer the following questions in one sentence)

1. बाल-भवन दिल्ली में कहाँ पर स्थित है? (Where is Bal Bhavan located in Delhi?)
उत्तर : बाल-भवन दिल्ली में बहादुर शाह ज़फ़र मार्ग पर स्थित है।
Answer : Bal Bhavan is situated on Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg in Delhi.

2. शौर्य छुट्टियों में क्या सीख रहा था? (What was Shaurya learning during the holidays?)
उत्तर : शौर्य छुट्टियों में नृत्य और चित्रकला सीख रहा था।
Answer : During the holidays, Shaurya was learning dance and painting.

3. बाल-भवन किसके लिए है? (For whom is Bal Bhavan?)
उत्तर : बाल-भवन बच्चों के लिए है।
Answer : Bal Bhavan is for children.

4. बच्चे गणेश की मूर्ति के हाथ में क्या रखते हैं ? (What do children place in the hand of Ganesha’s idol?)
उत्तर : बच्चे गणेश की मूर्ति के हाथ में लड्डू रखते हैं।
Answer : Children place laddoos in the hand of Ganesha’s idol.

III. निम्नलिखित प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए – (Answer the following questions in 20 to 25 words)

1. बच्चे त्योहारों पर क्या-क्या बनाते हैं ? (What do children make during festivals?)
उत्तर : बच्चे त्योहारों पर मूर्तियाँ, दीए, पतंग, रंगोली, ग्रीटिंग कार्ड और मोमबत्तियाँ बनाते हैं।
Answer : During festivals, children make idols, lamps, kites, rangoli, greeting cards, and candles.

2. बाल-भवन क्या है और कहाँ पर स्थित है ? (What is Bal Bhavan and where is it located?)
उत्तर : बाल-भवन बच्चों के क्रियाकलाप की जगह है। यह नई दिल्ली में बहादुर शाह ज़फ़र मार्ग पर स्थित है।
Answer : Bal Bhavan is a place for children’s activities. It is located on Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg in New Delhi.
